Emerging out of a pure construction background, Abhishek and Tejas established Evantha in 2012 in Bangalore. Coming from a business family background, Tejas works hard indriving the team to meet the goals of the various projects of Evantha. Even before he chose to enter Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT), Bangalore to become a civil engineer, his interest in construction took roots. As a nine-year-old, he saw the family home being built. This was the beginning of his fascination with construction processes. He made up his mind to pursue the interest. His engineering skills and knowledge give a solid foundation to the credentials of the company. His friendship with Abhishek evolved and interests converged to help form the company.He worked with Prestige Developers in Bangalore to get hands-on experience in the construction industry. Today, he visualizes the execution of a real estate project with expertise. His professionalism rubs on the team which is inspired to deliver under his watchful guidance.
Tejas likes to start his days with a swim or some exercise and wrap it up with a good game of Tennis to unwind and relax. He has cross-functional abilities that make him an impressive torch bearer of the new generation of developers in the city he loves.
How does Tejas get his unique engineering ideas and inspirations? He travels across the world to learn more about structures and understand how trends develop in other markets. He is constantly leading Evantha’s construction team to adapting new ideas to deliver challenging concepts.

One of the co-founders of Evantha, Abhishek has been raised in a construction business family hailing from Bangalore. He is a proud, 2nd generation builder in his family. The construction landscape having changed considerably in the city, it is Abhishek’s dream to make a significant impact in the quality of homes people live in.
He has honed his vision and values through a strong academic phase and diverse work experience. Having completed his engineering at University of Arizona (USA) and internship with the Los Alamos National Laboratory, New Mexico, USA, imbibed in him a dynamic approach to business. Abhishek has then gained valued experience in business strategy, marketing, operations and finance while working with IndigoEdge whose clients operated across many industry segments including technology, logistics, real estate, hospitality and manufacturing. He also later set up one of Bangalore’s first biofuel plants. Today he brings to table a vast knowledge from his varied and eventful experiences.
Outside of academics and work, Abhishek’s passion for sports led him to take up basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis and swimming at various points in his life, while winning some tournaments along the way. The same energy reflects in heading a team with spirit, passion and discipline for building Evantha homes. Continuously on the go, Abhishek carves time out in between to travel, take photographs and even dive into the sea in a snorkeling suit.
